Samsung to Fight Back Against Apple?s Bid to Block Galaxy S III Launch

Samsung's latest handset, which is set to go on sale in the U.S. later this month, has come under the ire of Apple's hawk-eyed legal team. Apple IP lawyers say that the Galaxy S III smartphone infringes on a pair of its U.S. patents, and thus shouldn't be allowed to go on sale in the States.
