Fixing basic HTTP authentication in python tweetstream

Earlier today it seems something changed in how Twitter's Streaming API handles basic HTTP authentication. This left a number of developers scrambling to fix their apps.

Fortunately, the fix to TweetStream, which is a a simple Python module that provies access to the streaming API, was very straightforward. Unfortunately, the library is not actively maintained and was also missing the recent changes to the streaming endpoints. If you are looking for a working version, I forked the project and fixed the endpoints and authentication bug and made a new version available on github.
