Facebook prices IPO at $38, valuation set at $104 billion
Facebook on Thursday set the share price for its initial public offering at $38. Shares of Facebook will begin trading on the NASDAQ exchange after the opening bell on Friday, and the social networking giant could raise as much as $16 billion. The offering will be the largest ever Internet IPO, besting the $1.4 billion raised by Google in 2004 by a substantial margin.
